Race Overview
The Vermont City Marathon follows a two-loop, 26.2-mile course through Burlington, Vermont, starting and finishing at Waterfront Park on Lake Champlain. The route passes through the Church Street Marketplace and runs along the Burlington Bike Path with views of the Adirondack Mountains across the lake. It is USATF-certified and a Boston Marathon qualifier, held annually on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend.
