Race Overview
The El Paso Marathon is held each February in downtown El Paso, Texas, with a half marathon and a 5K on the same morning. The marathon is a Boston Marathon qualifier and an Abbott WMM Age Group Marathon World Championships qualifier, and the 2027 races finish at San Jacinto Plaza on a net decline. It is organized by the El Paso Runners Foundation, a volunteer-led nonprofit, and the 2026 edition drew the largest field in the race's history.
