Cyprus Marathon

The Cyprus Marathon runs along the southwest coast of Cyprus, starting at Petra tou Romiou (Aphrodite's Rock) between Paphos and Limassol and finishing at the medieval fort on Paphos harbour, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The point-to-point course follows coastal roads through several traditional Paphos-district villages before reaching the finish, with a 6-hour time limit from the 7:00 AM start. First held in 1999, the race is AIMS-accredited and run under World Athletics rules, with half marathon, 10km, 5km sunset run and wine run events sharing the same race weekend. The event has carried different title sponsors over the years, running as the Logicom Cyprus Marathon through at least 2025 before TUI took over as title sponsor.
