The Chandigarh Marathon is organized by the Chandigarh Administration's Department of Sports, with an inaugural edition held on March 1, 2026. The course starts and finishes at Chandigarh Club in Sector 1, routing past the Rock Garden, Sukhna Lake and Rose Garden Road. The race weekend also includes half marathon, 10K and 5K distances. The 2026 edition's winning times were 2 hours 17 minutes for the full marathon and 1 hour 1 minute for the half marathon.
