Race Overview
The 3 Bridges Marathon is run on the Arkansas River Trail in Little Rock, Arkansas, starting and finishing at River Mountain Park beside the Two Rivers Bridge. The course is a 19-mile loop east followed by a 7-mile loop west, crossing the Big Dam Bridge, the Clinton Presidential Bridge and the Two Rivers Bridge, and is mostly flat paved trail apart from the bridges. It is USATF certified and a Boston qualifier, and is held on a Saturday in December with a 7:00 AM start and an optional 5:00 AM early start for runners expecting six to eight hours.
