2Slow4Boston is an annual marathon, half marathon, and (starting 2027) 50K held in Greer, South Carolina, built around a loop course of a mile-plus repeated multiple times. The 2027 edition introduces a 12-hour time limit for all distances. The race began around 2014 under the name 'Too Slow for Boston' and has run every spring since, reaching its 14th marathon edition in 2027.
