Addisu Yihune wins the Men’s Race
Addisu Yihune, 20, from Ethiopia crossed the line just two seconds ahead of American, Conner Mantz of Provo, Utah with a time of 27:56. Muktar Edris, also of Ethiopia, took third with a time of 28:06.
Hellen Obiri Wins the Women’s Race
In an even closer race than the 2 second men’s race, Hellen Obiri (Kenya) took the win in 31:37, by just one second over Fotyen Tesfay of Ethiopia. American Keira D’Amato of Midlothian, VA came in third with a time of 31:58.
